Kennedy Sam

Kennedy graduated from Silsbee High School in 2019. She attended Howard Payne University, where she played volleyball for one season. She then transferred to Lamar Institute of Technology. In high school, Kennedy was a four-year letterman with experience playing as a six-rotation outside and setter. She was 3x 1st Team All-District, YMBL Tournament MVP, and 2X Academic All-State. Kennedy was named to the Southeast Texas All-Star Team her senior year. She played for Hardin County Juniors (HCJ) for 6 years and later returned to coach one season. She is currently a Medical Assistant at Southeast Texas Gastro.
