Pre School/Day Care/Tots
Our on-site multi-sport programs are conducted in school multi-purpose rooms, gyms, and outdoor spaces. Children 3 - 5 years old develop fundamental movement skills, coordination, balance, and spatial awareness through various age-appropriate games, exercises, and activities. Our experienced instructors create a safe and stimulating environment where children can explore their abilities, build confidence, and develop a positive attitude toward physical activity.
Afterschool Enrichment Sports Programs
Our on-site Multi-sport Enrichment programs are conducted in school multi-purpose rooms, gyms, and outdoor spaces as a supplemental before and afterschool program. Through a variety of age-appropriate games, exercises, and activities, children ages 5-12 yrs develop fundamental movement skills, coordination, balance, and spatial awareness. Our experienced instructors create a safe and stimulating environment where children can explore their abilities, build confidence, and develop a positive attitude toward physical activity.
NExt level programs (PSA NXT)
PSA NXT offers a wide range of developmental programs and leagues. These programs and leagues are designed to provide a fun, safe, and competitive environment for children and teenagers to engage in various sports. PSA offers a variety of sports such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, and football catering to different age groups and skill levels. The focus of these next level programs are not only on developing athletic skills but also on promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for physical activity. PSA NXT are popular among families because they provide an organized and structured platform for young athletes to learn, compete, and grow in their respective sports while emphasizing the importance of having fun.

Camps & Events
PSA Camps are a great way for children and teens ages 3 - 18 years old to stay active during the Summer, Spring and Winter breaks from school. Campers will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in their favorite sports in a fun and supportive environment.
